Installation and user's training-2 days on site-performed by our
application specialists
This includes:
- Packing list control.
- Installation of the instruments: plugging and software
installation.
- Mechanical description of the stopped flow module: syringes,
cuvette, mixer, delay lines, valves, light links…
- Use instructions: filling of instrument, change of delay
lines…
- Use of Biokine software: configuration changes, design and
creation of a driving sequence: choices of volume, flow rates, pushing
times, ageing times, delay lines…Description of continuous and
interrupted mode (quenched flow configuration).description of the
different acquisition devices (scanning spectrometer, chart recorder,
transient recorder), setting of acquisition parameters, description of
analysis tools, data treatments, discussion of results…
- Test experiments: depending on the instrument installed and
on the acquisition mode chosen.
- Maintenance advice: cleaning procedures, greasing, change of
syringes…

Maintenance visit-2 days on site or in Bio-Logic-performed by our
technician
You can take advantage of a pause in your research work for a check-up
of your instrument by one of our technician. It is a good way to make sure
that your instrument will keep doing well and to eventually upgrade:
This includes:
- Check up of the stopped-flow module.
- Control of the motors and pistons, greasing of these elements
- Control of the syringes.
- Control of the delivery volume.
- Control of the electrovalve, control of the stop.
- Change of o'rings.
- Change of pistons caps.
- Change of mixer.
- Upgrade of software and parts eventually.
- Compliance tests: dilution, DCIP reduction by ascorbic acid, dead
time calculation.
